    Anyone else experience problems with the call control button on a Polycom VVX phone. Our users are used to use the buttons of the physical phone rather then buttons in software.

     

    Like accepting a second call will drop the other call, opening a new line will disconnect the first call etc..

    I asked around and one suggestion is that you might confirm that you have multiple lines set up on the VVX:
