Can I add the Users Location to be updated via Microsoft Active Directory?

In default mapping I can't select Location, is it possible via Advanced setting? If yes.. what is the internal mapping value

A company is a location for a PC user, but if I read it correct. Location / Company within PureCloud can't be updated by Microsoft Active Directory.

Yes, that is correct. Location in PureCloud directory is not a string field so cannot be populated by a mapping from AD. However, you can create a custom field in PureCloud and map from AD to this field. Config would be as follows:

Any user with "Admin" permissions can add a custom field in PureCloud. Do this by browsing to Admin/Directory/Profile Fields then Add Section.
