    Hello,

    Is it possible to create a Callback for a certain outbound campaign, using the PureCloud API?

     

    "Schedule a Callback for a Dialer Campaign" is deprecated, and refers to /conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/callbacks.

     

    But this doesn't provide the possibility to link the callback to a certain campaign.

    Hello,

    Yes, this matches my question. It is stated that it is not possible to create a callback for a outbond campaign. So I have my answer, although not the one I wished for:-).
