we can't make outbound calls but receive inbound normally, need any help or idea for this issue
What does the log say?
Does the site have an Outbound Route? Did you Simulate call under Sites?

yes, simulate and success
Under de Edge, tab Protocol Diagnostics Logs.
Log must be activated on Trunk and Edge!
As you see in screenshot forbidden.
403 Forbidden is response from the trunk. As far I can judge the provider doesn't accept the destination or your (public) IP. Check this issue with your provider.

Does your Sip provider accept a request without the + in the phonenumber?
We were using pattons as a first option for outbound calls and now we change it to another sip proxy and it work fine now.
