PureCloud for Chrome plugin never stores User and Organization credentials

chrome browser shows the previous login while the extension doesn't

P.S. I noticed PureCloud for chrome extension saves login credentials until the related browser is open, but when It is closed the credentials are lost

Matteo, the PureCloud for Chrome app actually runs as a stand alone Chrome app, similar to how the PureCloud Desktop runs discretely from a browser session. Because we run in the Chrome app framework there are some limitations to resources we have access to, and how we interact with other browser activity. One of those limitations relates to autocompletion of forms within the app, for which there doesn't appear to be support at this time: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27432451/allow-form-autofill-inside-of-chrome-extension-popup-window . There are some possible alternatives that we could explore from our end at some point in the future, but there is no direct way of addressing your request at this time.
