  • 1.  Queues Activity - limit view to certain Queues

    Hello,

     

    We would like for our Agents the possibility to view the Queue Activity for the Queues to which they belong , but not for the Queues to which they don't belong.

     

    Similar to this: is it possible to limit the Edit Queue permission to certain queues only ?

    Hi Steven,

     

    Currently, there aren't queue level permissions, but I know there have been discussions around adding queue-level permissions and about how to implement such a thing.

     

    cc @Anthony Alford?, who may have more info and be interested in this use case.

    We too would like this feature, I'm trying to provide Queue visibility to all our agents but i'm unable to find the best way to do this through a roles and permissions.

    We would also like to make interaction recordings (mostly email) available to agents that are associated with a queue. The idea is that agents can read the email exchange with a user who is following up by calling or emailing again. This could be implemented using a new permission that can be assigned to agents (e.g. View Queue Interactions).

    Is this feature still being considered for development?
