Hi,

I have a problem wih the recycle rule for an outbound campaign. I prepared a test case like this:

Contact list with around 1000 leads, predictive dialing, 2 agents, recycle when campaign progress is equal or higher to 1%. No filters, no rule sets.

When I start the campaign the recycle rule seems to work for 3, 4 times, but after that it stops to recycle the campaigns and goes on calling the other leads.

Can you help me?

I had a issue with the reclycing settings a few months ago, and the support couldn't reproduce the probem i was having

But I recreated new campaign rules, and campaign....after that I didn't had this problem anymore

In my case the rules i had was to recycle when the campaign reachs 99%, so I also created for 98% in case it would fail
