Anyway to disable Activate Queues for agents

  • 1.  Anyway to disable Activate Queues for agents

    Hi,

     

    Our agents are on diffrent queues and they should not have a option to decide by them self what queues they should have activated or not.

    I cant find anything in https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/choose-queues-work/ about to remove the option to remove this.

     

    Is there anyway we can disable the option for agents to activate queues by them self?

    There is a permission to control that. Routing > Queue > Join.

     

    By default we include this on the default role for agents but you could remove it.

    "Routing" isn't an option in 2020 Genesys.  Only "Call Routing" and "Message Routing."  How is this applied in 2020 Genesys UI?

    I don't know what you see or are looking at, but it is still a permission:

    Perhaps your user does not have proper permissions to see it?

    What level of licensing does your organization have? Genesys Cloud 3?

    I was looking in the wrong place.  I was looking under admin section for "routing."  I found it under the "Roles and Permissions" section.   [Role Name] > "Permissions Tab" then filter the permission column using "routing queue join"
