We have a customer that is going to use Zendesk with GCloud, and wants pass some "custom info" inside the ticket created in Zendesk when agent answer the call.

No, there aren't other attributes. PureCloud for Zendesk only uses ZD_SearchType and ZD_SearchValue.
Internal notes are something on our roadmap, but we don't have a fixed timeline for when this feature will be available.
