    Hello,

     

    are there any other attributes that can be used besides ZD_SearchType and ZD_SearchValue for Zendesk's screenpop?

     

    I'd like to set the Zendesk brand and workgroup as a minimum, preferably certain ticket fields as well (like product).

     

    I would also like the call data that is now added as a public comment to be an internal note.

    Hi Jeroen,

     

    No, there aren't other attributes. PureCloud for Zendesk only uses ZD_SearchType and ZD_SearchValue.

     

    Internal notes are something on our roadmap, but we don't have a fixed timeline for when this feature will be available.

     

    I’ll pass on your other feature requests.

    Hi Ami,
    there are some news about that?

    We have a customer that is going to use Zendesk with GCloud, and wants pass some "custom info" inside the ticket created in Zendesk when agent answer the call.
