  • 1.  VPN tunnel between PureCloud and Organization's INFRA

    Regarding the communication between PureCloud and the organization's backend systems (Bridge) e and on the other way around (REST API), which security mechanisms are available? HTTPS only? Is it possible to create a VPN tunnel?

    Communications are secured by HTTPS and TLS (where appropriate). VPN tunnel is not an option.
