If a user sets their status manually (such as turning on the On Queue button), then PureCloud changes the user’s status only when the user logs off PureCloud or has extended loss of network connectivity.
If the user’s status is Available, then PureCloud changes the user’s status to Idle when any of these occur:
- The user’s desktop screensaver starts due to the user’s inactivity.
- The user’s system enters sleep mode.
- The screen lock engages.
In any of these cases, the length of time depends on the user’s settings.
