  • 1.  Three schedules to three call flow in one IVR routing?

    Hi. I have a scenario where a customer wants one IVR to route to three different call flows.

    Now we have an open hours call flow and a closed call flow. 

    But in this case I need:

    1. Daytime call flow
    2. Evening call flow
    3. Night call flow

     

    I guess we can make a task that does this, but is there an simpler way?

    We are planning on adding schedule options within flows.  However until that's available, you will have to use a task.  Just a note: remember your time zone!  also daylight savings time.

    We're planning on the 2nd half of the year, but no firm date.
