  • 1.  Outbound calls with Anonymous number

    Hi all,

     

    is it possible to set as "Anonymous" number for outbound campaigns for only few leads?

     

    I mean, I have certain customer VIP that I need to show them an anonymous number.

     

    Could you please explain to me if is possible and how to do that?

    For an Outbound campaign, you can create a Pre-Call rule that looks at a Contact List Column, and based on the value in that column can set the Caller ID: Phone Number and Caller ID: Name values to use on the call.

    Yes...so you have to set a column in your Contact List with the value you want to show, then reference that column in the field you have highlighted. It has to be a valid value that your telco carrier will accept.
