  • 1.  Ability to transfer PureCloud calls to Contacts

    It is not currently possible to transfer PureCloud calls to Contacts. We have to create them as People. This is a problem because if the contact does not have an email address we have to supply a unique dummy address. Also People does not have the Description field available in Contacts that is helpful to provide some basic information like business hours of the contact.
