  • 1.  Search for a customer interaction

    Sometimes we need to find a customer interaction to listen on a call. For some reason I don´t see the caller.ANI in the Interaction screen. 

     

    Should I see the customer's phone number in the "Remote" column? 

    Is there another way to search for interactions?

    At this point the Interactions View doesn't allow you to search based on Name or Number of the external participant. There are a few enhancement request we have scheduled to enhance the filtering capabilities and add this. 

     

    You could, via the API, query the back-end data based on ANI or Name.

    If you know the callers phone number, you are able to search on it by entering it in the search box located top left. I use that quite often to find any test calls I've been making.

    I am not able to use this feature anymore, is anyone else having problems searching by phone nymber?

    No problems here.

    Under Interactions

    Add with the + the ANI/DNIS column

    Click on the filter button,

    there you can filter on phonenumber (one for inbound calls, one for outbound calls. You can't enter the phone number in both search fields at same time..)
