    We need the possibility to sort on more columns than "Name". Is it possible to extend this to all columns in f.eg. Queues Activity?

    Hi George... found this thread and was looking for this in the ideas lab, but didn't find anything. A few of my customers have more agents than will fit in the activity view for a queue, so they'd like to be able to sort based on time duration or possibly status... is there a difference between enhancement requests and ideas lab? 

    Also, any status on this?

    Ideas Lab didn't exist back then, if I remember correctly.

    So, Ideas Lab is now what you use to submit an enhancement request. Same same.

    Nothing on the roadmap that I can see. If you search Ideas Lab for "sort" you'll find an entry or two (or more) which are related, but nothing with a lot of votes.
