Hi George... found this thread and was looking for this in the ideas lab, but didn't find anything. A few of my customers have more agents than will fit in the activity view for a queue, so they'd like to be able to sort based on time duration or possibly status... is there a difference between enhancement requests and ideas lab?
Also, any status on this?
