Is there an easy way to see who has approved/denied an agent's time off request?

    If you are a manager with the WFM permissions it is very easy to go to Admin-Workforce Management-Time Off Requests.  You can sort the requests by agent or by time frame such as day week month or year.  You will see the status of each time off request as well as have the ability to approve or deny.  If you want to see who approved the time off request click on the time off request and see the history log at the bottom of the screen,  See this link: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-time-off-requests/
