Is it possible to assign a priority to emails? Also, can I set emails to autoanswer?

    @Nicholas Luthy  can you further comment on auto-answer as well? Your response seems to refer to an automated reply to the customer when the email is received by PureCloud. I am thinking of the other type of auto-answer, where an agent is routed an email and we want it to "auto-answer" so the agent doesn't have to specifically answer the email before it times out and sets them to Not Responding. Can we do that type of auto-answer?

    Hello,

    We had the chance to test the upcoming Auto Reply tool in Architect.

    We can confirm that the functionality works like a charm.
