Hi all,
taking in account the new billing items (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/ivr-usage/ and https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/data-storage-usage), how is possible to control these values to verify the actual usage during the billing period? (for example to know the total data storage used at current time and/or the IVR usage).
So far we are using API to calculate IVR time, but we don't know if the measurement is correct.
