  • 1.  Internal Chat - Can an Admin access other users internal chats?

    Management wants to know of a way to monitor and export internal chats when a situation dictates. Is there a way for an Administrator or Manager to have rights to view the internal chats between other users?

    Gary, did you ever get a way to access chats. We have a situation that requires admins to access private group chats.
