  • 1.  Ports and services to configure

    Hello,

    I have some questions:

    1) SoftPhone's Update :
    - Do I receive a notification from Genesys if an update is up ?
    - Who takes the responsibility to upgrade the softphone (Genesys ? My company ? the customer ?)
    - When there is an update do I have to do a provisioning, Can I manage to do a provisioning for all my SoftPhone at the same time? 

    2) Flow Matrix :
    - I need to know which ports I need to open for SBC ?
    - Can you provide us more precision about ports to open on Edge to VOIP Phone (4000+)
