    Hello Community!

I've seen and heard of contact centers using Smart TVs with Chrome browsers, Raspberry Pi devices (really?), wired monitors connect to a PC, Casting via ChromeCast to display the Genesys Cloud Dashboard on monitors/tvs hung on the walls of contact centers.

What have we seen work the best and, of those, what is the easiest to set up?

    Thank you!

The browsers on Smart TVs are somewhat stripped down. We also tried to use Chromecast on a Smart TV driven by a PC in a closet, but this kept disconnecting. Probably because of a years-old Chromecast version that requires the TV's firmware developers to update. So we disconnected the TV from the network and ended up connecting a Raspberry Pi (powered over PoE) running Chrome and some scripts to automatically load the dashboard (we are using PureInsights) upon reboot. It's been very stable and does what we need. An (more costly) alternative would have been a PC on a stick, which some colleagues use very successfully.
