Architect Bot Flow & Dialog Engine Bot

    Hello Cloud Experts,

    I'm new to Genesys Bot and trying to understand the difference between the two ways of creating the bot using Architect Bot Flow & Dialog Engine Bot Flow.
    I kindly request you to help me to understand the below questions and the additional differences.
    1. What is the main difference between the above two bot flows?
    2. When should I need to choose Dialog Engine Bot Flow?
    3. When should I need to choose Architect Bot Flow?
    4. What is the difference between Call Bot Action in Architect
      1. Call Bot Flow
      2. Call Dialog Engine Bot

    A dialog engine bot can only be used in an inbound SMS flow.  A bot flow can be used by inbound call, outbound call, inqueue call, inbound chat, inbound SMS, & common module flows.
