Thanks Rick and George. Steven, yes, please add a vote to the idea. This feature is on our roadmap but is behind a number of other features we are actively working on. I plan to tackle it at some point this year but don't have a committed date yet.
For clarity - my plan is to add the existing wrap-up settings that exist for voice today to all other channels so that the functionality is consistent across each media type. If that is not what you are expecting - please let me know.
