    I have one user with this issue, roughly 4-6 other similar users do not suffer from this. Tthis user gets a constant stream of white background noise being output from the speaker of her headset when there is no activity. It's as if the line is open waiting for her to start making a call. For all other users this noise is only perceptible when they go to start a call.

    Some of the troubleshooting I've done includes using both a wired headset and multiple wireless headsets, recreating device profiles, modifying sound settings on profiles, modified Windows sound enhancements, checked audio levels anywhere I could find them, had user try different computers, had other users try her computer. The noise is most definitely coming from Genesys Cloud specifically on this user's profile since it only happens when the website is open or the app is open, and the sound gets less perceptible when the volume level for Genesys Cloud specifically is reduced.

    I can only conclude there is some setting that applies to a user's Genesys Cloud account that causes the speaker to constantly output an audio signal but I cannot determine what that setting may be.

    Dustin, how did you ended up fixing the issue ? We have a few agents reporting the constant white noise.  (We are using WebRTC, Remote Agent)
