  • 1.  Migrate from one ORG to another ORG.

    Community,

    Are there any tools or processes available to migrate from one ORG to another? Including call histories and recordings?

    I have looked at the CX as Code feature. We are not sure if this small ORG of about 80 people will justify the ramp up time and testing for we will need to get up to speed on CX as Code and Terraform, might be easier to just "stare and compare" and do the configs and flows in the destination Org. Not as concerned about the configs and flows.

    But how, or can you migrate the interaction data, the presence data (WFM data), and call recordings from one Org to another Org?

    At present, CX as Code and Terraform are your only choice, but you have to realize it is still in development and you only get about 60-70% of the configuration.  

    As for data and recordings - no luck there.  All data is stored in the region you are in and can't be copied over to other ORGs.  

    I would suggest submitting some ideas on this and see if Genesys can get multi-region replication going.
