I am looking for information on Registering Polycom Phone - VVX201 with Genesys cloud via network proxy in organization.Access to Cloud platform needs to be configured via Network proxy using .pac file.
I would like to understand, how I can configure polycom phones to reach to Cloud platform via proxy & how it can be registered ?
Appreciate if someone can guide me to achieve this.
