i have an query regarding interactions section, in my call flow - IVR when we press 1 key (using purecloud ) to connect agent (using pureconnect ).. i need to pull out successful call details in cloud for particular time period. i am not able to identify the successful call connects to agent in interaction ...can someone help me on this?
