    Hello,

    One of our customers is using SENNHEISER DW PRO 2 headsets but he does not succeed in having all the functions available even after having installed  the Sennheiser utility as per Configure a Sennheiser headset - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Genesys Cloud WebRTC supports the built-in call controls on Sennheiser headsets. This feature enables you to use the controls on the headset to perform basic call operations.* Answer call Hang up a call Put a call on hold Remove a call from hold Mute a call Unmute a call Reject a call *Available call controls depend upon the capabilities of your particular Sennheiser headset model.

    He cannot go off hook from the headset when receiving a call.

    Does someone know for sure that this type of headset is working fine with GC or can you recommend a specify model that does ?
