One of our customers is using SENNHEISER DW PRO 2 headsets but he does not succeed in having all the functions available even after having installed the Sennheiser utility as per

He cannot go off hook from the headset when receiving a call.
Does someone know for sure that this type of headset is working fine with GC or can you recommend a specify model that does ?
