Genesys Cloud CX™ is enriching its existing offers and modifying pricing
As we move into FY'23, we will be repackaging and enriching our Genesys Cloud CX offers and bundles to better meet the needs of our customers, all while continuing to maintain industry-leading price-points.
Over the past three years, Genesys Cloud CX has delivered non-stop innovation. In fact, we've released more than 500 capabilities on Genesys Cloud CX directly to customers and partners. With recent shifts in the market, and your feedback, this is the right time for us to streamline our Genesys Cloud CX offers to complete each tier with additional functionality that addresses customers' specific needs now and in the future.
We will migrate all existing Genesys Cloud CX customers to this enriched packaging in February at no additional cost for the duration of their contract periods.
- Genesys Cloud CX 1 - No change in price; adds frequently requested voice functionality
- Genesys Cloud CX 2 - No change in price; adds usage-based SMS and social DM
- Genesys Cloud CX 3 - $10 (USD) increase in annual named pre-paid price; still provides more value than competitors when considering the cost of voice transcription and storage included under Fair Use
- Concurrency multiplier will increase from 1.3 to 1.4, which remains lower than competitors' offers
- BYOC Fair use of 5000 minutes per named user per month included
