    Hi Community,

    I have seen this information in the release notes from last week but couldn't get more details with the support team:

    Is there a new firmware version for Polycoms VVX 311/411 ?

    I've tried to reboot my phone twice this week but there was no update. I am running the Edge firmware v1.0.0.8734, but the phone firmware is still the same since last year (5.9.3.2857).

    Looking over Edge release notes,  I don't see where that firmware was added.  Could be miscommunication between developers and documentation.   

    George, can you look into this?

    It was just referring to the Polycom firmware added last September. The delay in putting an announcement in the Release Notes came from waiting for the new phones to be fully supported. So, what shows in the interface now is the latest, and hasn't changed since last year.

    I just received a new Polycom VVX 311 phone From Genesys..    It shows the Following:
    UC Software Version 5.9.3.2857
    Updater Version 5.9.7.26508

    Is that latest supported version of the Phone Firmware of should Download a newer Version..
