  • 1.  Custom external contacts issue

    Hi there
    i was testing the new feature in today's purecloud update.

    Regarding the customization of external contacts and organizations.

    I was testing the new feature and i created two different fields.

    But how can i erase these two now?
    i know i can edit them or disable but in case i want them removed how i can achieve this?

    Hi Mariano,

    You have to use the API.

    Delete a schema
    /api/v2/externalcontacts/contacts/schemas/{schemaId}​
