We have some questions related to Salesforce integration and Genesys Cloud.
What event triggers the task creation in salesforce?
We see an automatic task is created but not associated with the a case. We create the case during the architect flow but can not link the autoaitc created task to the case created in the architect flow.
In the documentation we see the default fields in Salesforce should be updated

But the Related To field is in our case not updated.
We tried to map interaction attreibutes to salesforce activities but the "related to" field is not selectable?
