    Hi !
    is there any way to make outbound bulk SMS campaign with third party SMS provider? I cannot find any API for it . 
    Our customer need to use existing provider for sending SMS
    #Outbound

    Hi Valentin, 
    SMS campaigns can only be configured with SMS numbers created within Genesys Cloud.

    In true our idea was to make bulk outbound campaigns for messengers - whatsapp, facebook and other channels. 
    What do you think, is it planned to be released in the future?

    Regarding other integrations like WhatsApp and Facebook, there may be ideas for that as well.
