Incorrect Eval dates when reporting on evaluation forms

    Hey all,

    I pull reports for evaluations - ie the Agent Quality Details Report

    I've noticed that the Evaluation Date/Time field shows different dates/time compared to the actual evaluation form...

    eg from the report


    For the first form:
    and the second one:


    The call date and time is correct, but the eval data in the report is way off the eval date in the evaluation itself which is correct...

    Anyone else noticed this issue?

    Hello Andrew,

    I was able to reproduce the date/time mismatch you are reporting. I am checking with our DevOps team to review in detail, and will provide an update on this thread once it becomes available.
