Has anyone had any experience of agents requiring software to enable them to use the Genesys Cloud UI for accessibility purposes?

I have a customer who has agents using JAWS, Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking & TextHelp Read & Write.

Apart from the Keyboard shortcuts are there any features to configure keyboard shortcuts / Access keys to navigate through the Desktop application?

I've had some success with users using an AppFoundry product for shortcuts - shortyDings, in combination with Jaws.  Really is something there should be more native support for.

Might be good on the AppFoundry, doesn't look like there's much like it out there, if anything.  I'm more interested for myself rather than as on behalf of NTT.  I've worked with a lot of physically or visually challenged people in the past so this stuff always piques my interest.
