Has anyone had any experience of agents requiring software to enable them to use the Genesys Cloud UI for accessibility purposes?
I have a customer who has agents using JAWS, Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking & TextHelp Read & Write.
Apart from the Keyboard shortcuts are there any f
eatures to configure keyboard shortcuts / Access keys to navigate through the Desktop application?
