Dialog Engine (?)

    Been trying to get to dialog engine w/o much luck. Stumbled across this video that shows the permissions needed, but not seeing them in the orgs that I checked.

    Has anyone been able to find these permissions?

    You do have to have these:
    • Dialog > Bot > Add, Edit, View
    • Dialog > BotDomain > Add, Edit, View
    • Dialog > BotDomainModel > Add, Edit, View
    • Dialog > BotUtterance > Add, Edit, View 
    • Dialog > BotVersion > Add, Edit, View
    • Knowledge > Category > Add, Edit, View
    • Knowledge > Document > Add, Edit, View
    • Knowledge > KnowledgeBase > Add,, Edit, Search, View
    • Knowledge > Training > Create, Edit, View

    Well, it doesn't appear to be showing up in the add-ons view... is there a dependency for it being available there?

    Is this just me? I feel like the feature should be there in the add-ons section... is that not the case? I've checked multiple orgs of mine and it's not showing in any of them.

    I see possibly conflicting info in the RC...

    The first article I linked says to contact Sales to have it added to your subscription.

    This article https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/genesys-dialog-engine-per-api-request-pricing/ says it should be in Add Ons. But, it's not fo ryou.

    Have you tried the Contact link in the AppFoundry or contacting Sales to try and get it turned on? That second article may not be correct...though I have not had time to try and track down the right person yet to ask.

    Everyone needs to contact Sales for now. It is not currently part of the Genesys Add Ons container. You should be able to contact your CSM (formerly known as GA) if you need some assistance.​

    Also, it is a back-end IT problem that they hope to get fixed this week or next so that you will be able to self-serve from Add Ons or AppFoundry.
