Been trying to get to dialog engine w/o much luck. Stumbled across this video that shows the permissions needed, but not seeing them in the orgs that I checked. 

Has anyone been able to find these permissions?

The first article I linked says to contact Sales to have it added to your subscription.

Have you tried the Contact link in the AppFoundry or contacting Sales to try and get it turned on? That second article may not be correct...though I have not had time to try and track down the right person yet to ask.

Everyone needs to contact Sales for now. It is not currently part of the Genesys Add Ons container. You should be able to contact your CSM (formerly known as GA) if you need some assistance.​

Also, it is a back-end IT problem that they hope to get fixed this week or next so that you will be able to self-serve from Add Ons or AppFoundry.

Hi all. Is there an update to when Genesys will resolve issues with adding Dialog Engine? We're unable to add this via App Foundry which just has "Contact Sales" and Sales are not helping at all.

This was a bit clunky. My account rep had to get it added. We were looking for it on the "add-on's"  section, but it just shows up as a data action in Architect once enabled. From there you have to jump to the Dialog Engine workbench by clicking on the arrow in the task menu on the right. Also, your user has to have the correct permissions/role. There's a new one for AI once enabled.
