I'm no WFM master, but I do know there's absolutely record of changes to schedules we could reference on the back-end. I'm not too sure how detailed and granular those would be, but we could use the scheduleID or the GUID of the schedule where changes were made. You can locate that here:
I'm not aware that we have anything readily available to check that in the UI, but I definitely know that we have plenty of ideas floating around when it comes to enhancements to WFM here:

Click on the shift and hit the drop down for View Shift History. Then receive the error that "The shift has no history since the last save or load".
Basically, try to see if there is a way to audit changes made to schedules by Workforce manager or any other schedule admin. e
