    Hi all,

    I have some questions regarding voice recording.

    1. What is the maximum duration of each call record ? is there any limitation?
    2. Is there any limitation or maximum duration to archive/keep the recording in the cloud ? for example, if we want to keep the recording up to 3 years in the cloud, would it be possible ?

    We typically don't expect calls to be over 2 hours.  I believe we start to run in to rendering issues / limitations when calls exceed 10 hours.

    There is no time limit on recording retention.  Keeping calls up to 3 years is not an issue.

    Since there is no limitaion on keeping the recording in the cloud, does that mean there is no limitaion on the storage o those recordings ? unlimited storage per organisation ?
