We also have this happen very sporadically to agents. Our agents are on version 1.15.570.0. It's a major inconvenience at best, and at times (though not always) it has disconnected the contact as you mention above. Hoping there's an explanation of some sort.

We are facing one issue where only 1 Agent (Work from office) is facing Genesys desktop app refresh issue. Agent is on version 2.1.583
Impact - Agent is in the middle of the call and the App refreshes on its on and the call gets disconnected.
Is anyone else facing this issue ??
