We currently use Okta SSO, but are trying to make a few things easier for our users and to ease repeated issues for our helpdesk that typically involves the sign on configuration process (setting region/business name typically), which we are looking at some options for GPOs to set those automatically. However, is there any way to bypass the splash screen to choose architect or collaborate/communicate? I feel like it should only give you the choice if you have access to Architect as it is, but for now, just wondering if there is any way for us to automatically launch into collaborate/communicate upon sign in?

Why aren't you using https://apps.mypurecloud.com or https://apps.usw2.pure.cloud as the redirect URL?  That would send them directly into the agent UI without showing the Communicate/Architect screen.

well. that certainly will help. I think the answer is as simple as when we created the sso redirect, that was not the URL to use per the our documentation. Will take a look at this! TY

So finally getting the opportunity to update our Okta settings, but the only option on the app is to use https://login.usw2.pure.cloud as the 'base url' and doesnt have a redirect option. I think i may put in a ticket with Genesys directly as an improvement. When I tried to create it manually, it wouldn't seem to want to redirect either.
