    Does anyone know if there is a plan for the Directory (Internal and External Contacts) to be division aware please?

    Good question.  From what I can see and my experimentation, it is not.  I put someone in a different division and removed them from Home as we still able to see them and search for them.  Something for the Ideas site.

    It's been a year since this has been posted, and the idea has been created (https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLPLA-I-682). Several different ideas have been submitted with similar requests, but this one is the most specific. I'm hoping we get a few more votes and raise the awareness for this.
