I have a customer interested in Agent Assist for Genesys Cloud. I understand it is Beta for Voice and Targeted for Digital. I am looking for some information about what this will look like and how it will work, perhaps a video of it in operation or a powerpoint to show the key points of the feature and its capability. I have a customer actively looking to implement this solution and I am trying to gather as much as I can for them. Thanks.
