  • 1.  Agent Assist Google CCAI

    I have a customer interested in Agent Assist for Genesys Cloud.  I understand it is Beta for Voice and Targeted for Digital.  I am looking for some information about what this will look like and how it will work, perhaps a video of it in operation or a powerpoint to show the key points of the feature and its capability.  I have a customer actively looking to implement this solution and I am trying to gather as much as I can for them.  Thanks.

    Hi Martin,

    I haven't seen a video but there are some articles available in the Resource Centre. These may differ when the feature goes GA but should at least give you some of the detail you're looking for.
