Hello -- Using Genesys Cloud 2.5.620.0:
Via [Queue Activity] or [Dashboards] , is there an easy way to see if an agent simply didn't close out of their VM?
I can't tell if an agent simply forgot to close their VM/Done or they're on an actual call in the Dashboard screenshot below. I could go to Interactions and see if their call is still live but that is a bit cumbersome and takes some loading time.
