Secure Pause API integration

    Hi, I am using
    PATCH /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId} to set the recordingState

    However I am getting some failure when trying to issue the PATCH command for a user who is not in the Conversation.
    Error 403:

    You may find this better answered in the Developer Forum but the issue is you have to be a participant in the recording to pause it. The pause cannot be done by another user or client credentials.

    There is a feature planned to allow this for third party users.
