    When selecting a Recording Retention value of Delete, how quickly does the recording get deleted?

    Essentially, immediately. In the scenario you present, the packets are saved during the call, but deleted when the call ends.

    hi @George Ganahl,

    If I set a policy to delete automatically all the voice interactions for a specific Queue. I believe that all the inbound/outbound calls will be deleted.
    But would, all the transferred calls to/from this Queue, be also deleted ?

    After running some tests, I confirm that all the interactions transferred to/from the queue were deleted.

    That sounds correct.

    If you wanted to keep some of them, a Retention policy should override the Delete policy, so if you retain the calls for a specific user or another queue, and their calls transfer to the queue marked for Delete, those recording should still be retained.
