  • 1.  Save emails to reply at a later date

    Is there a way to save an email to be answered at a later date?  In our company we get emails that might not have an answer for a few days.  Is there a way to save these to come back to at a later time?

    You are talking about Email Parking.  Yes, I believe that the idea on Aha Digital asynchronous interactions - Park an | Genesys Cloud Ideas Lab (aha.io) has been accepted and probably being worked into the Roadmap - we will see next month.

    We have done exactly the same functionality for one client.
    So agent can make a schedule for inbound email for specific date. After that on behalf of agent outbound email conversation will be created. Also agent can claim email earlier if answer is available.​
