    Dears,

    I have curious about the classification , we have configured two outbound routes each out bound routes contain different trunk and different classification, my question is how I can

    assign outbound routes to be used by specific users or specific workgroup so the others will not be able to use it, is that possible ??

    Hi Mohannad,

    You can try to create a new site for this group of users and assign their phones to it.

    Then, outbound calls will use the trunk/outbound route associated with their site.
