    Hi All,

    One of our stakeholders has enquired whether there is a capability in Genesys to provide reporting on how many interactions are being disconnected remotely, e.g where agents step away from their desk or log out of Genesys prior to wrapping up an interaction & it needs to be disconnected by another user.
